Eindhoven Maker Faire | September 23 & 24, 2023



Who are we looking for?

The Eindhoven Maker Faire showcases the creations of many creative and innovative makers. We are inviting all enthusiastic makers who would like to showcase their projects on a big platform. During this two-day event, we present inventors, designers, artists, hackers, software developers, game designers, fashion designers, photographers, professionals, hobbyists and everything in between. The one thing they all have in common is their love for innovation, building and resourcefulness. Sign up as a maker and present your projects at the Eindhoven Maker Faire. Important: Make sure you register August 25 at the latest.

Costs

Non-commercial makers: free, you are asked to pay €50,- as a deposit.
Makers selling products / small businesses pay €150,- (ex VAT). Companies interested in participation are welcome to contact us via directie@eindhovenmakerfaire.nl or check our sponsor proposition.

  • To ensure you have adequate power onsite, it’s essential we know in advance the power you need.
    • – The standard option is for a 230v circuit (normal EU house circuit.)
    • – If you require a Three-phase power 400V circuit, select “Three-phase power”.

  • Waste and Trash Concerns

  • Waste is anything you expect to dispose of during setup, showtime or load out at Maker Faire, such as recyclables, compostables, garbage, reuseable/donatable items, and water.
  • At Maker Faire we provide recycling and garbage bins. For special hazardous waste or items for donation, upon acceptance, please work with our team to create a plan. At Maker Faire, all makers are responsible for separating their waste into proper disposal bins.
  • Please include your input list, equipment you’ll be bringing, and additional details or special requests in the box below. If possible, we appreciate you bringing everything you need.
